We are looking for a General Manager to manage and build out our operations team in Beijing, China.

Your responsibilities include:

Project manager
We are looking for an experienced Project manager to work across our engineering teams on the complete vehicle. You will be responsible for providing strong project management and direction related to new product development.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide project management and direction for the project(s) supporting new product development, engineering, and manufacturing components
  • Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams of key project stakeholders from varying technical backgrounds at all levels of the organization
  • Provide strategy and direction for the development of parts from design to manufacturing
  • Define and outline the technical approach to the project
  • Provide excellent client engagement and build strong relationships with client to appropriate engage at every stage in the project lifecycle

You should have:

Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Beijing. You will work on planning, direct and control all materials functions, including purchasing, inventory control, production planning, receiving, stores, shipping, and selection of carriers for the organization. This position will plan and manage the procurement of materials and services to effectively support the production requirements of the organization. This position will oversee the review and negotiation of purchase price, quality, availability, delivery and other factors necessary to ensure the overall conformance of materials purchased to manufacturing specifications and production objectives. This position will manage and coordinate material inventories and services.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production and quality
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes
  • Manage the people and activities related to strategic purchasing, MRP, inventory control, warehousing and receiving. This includes the ownership of all software required to perform these functions
  • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns and reduce waste
  • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison and evaluation of supply chain factors (cost, quality, delivery)
  • Develop or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials and finished products
  • Document supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, and position responsibilities

Design Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to work across our engineering teams on the complete vehicle.

You will work on:

  • development studies for new products and design vehicle applications for existing products
  • design and execute product, components drawing, parts modeling, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning and tolerances as per design standards
  • ensure quality processes, as requested by automotive standards
  • communicate with the engineering and research team to understand technical specifications of the product
  • machine component drawing, 2D to 3D Part Modeling, Assembly and Drafting
  • assist in the designing process for renovations and modification in the existing product
  • prepare bill of material for all type Drawing

You should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in vehicle design and engineering;
  • Excellent knowledge in 2D, 3D programs: Catia, Pro-E / Creo
  • Knowledge of the ISO TS/VDA standards (APQP,FMEA,etc)

Platform & Systems Engineering
The Platform Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the integration and testing of all components on the vehicle, being the interface between the high-level algorithms and the vehicle itself. You will work on sensor and actuator integration, testing and validation, and driver development. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the vehicle platform is stable at all times.

You should have:

Mechatronics Engineer
The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the integration and testing of all components on the vehicle, being the interface between the high-level algorithms and the vehicle itself. You will work on sensor and actuator integration, testing and validation, and driver development. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the vehicle platform is stable at all times.

Embedded Systems Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to work across our engineering teams on automated driving systems.

Some Projects:

  • Embedded software development for vehicle control ECU’s like steering and brake
  • Evaluation and Integration of sensors like camera, radar and lidar to the automated driving system
  • ECU hardware and software testing and validation
  • Establish QA methodology and process for embedded systems

Your experience might include:

  • Developing embedded software for automotive applications preferably with steering and braking ECU’s
  • Experience in developing embedded software in linux or RTOS
  • Experience with software stack and network protocol for CAN and ethernet
  • Board level and or system level debugging experience e.g: ability to work with common lab equipment like logic analyzers and oscilloscope
  • Experience with Matlab

Full Stack Software Developer
A major first project will be to integrate 2 different self driving systems from external AI companies.
It will be an opportunity to build out a piece of a product that to date, only a few companies in the world have reached a stage to need.

  • Integrate 3D visualizers to demonstrate the vehicle’s view of the state of the world and the output of their self-driving algorithms
